Goaltending IQ is built on personal experience. From our experience in Junior A to NCAA, we specialize in methods that helped us play at the highest levels. We offer video analysis, private and team sessions, as well as strength training programs. At Goaltending IQ, we specialize in video analysis. Parents and goalies can send in video, we clip it and present in game analysis of the goalie’s play. Private sessions are also available on request. We work out of Arnprior, Renfrew and the option of Stittsville. We also offer strength and mobility programs based off of years of experience. We use practical methods geared towards young goalies. Programs are built to be fun and purposeful!
